Is there parking?
There is a free parking lock wrapped around the building and plenty of street parking available.
What do I wear?
Any clothing you feel comfortable in.
For Acupuncture treatments your practitioner will suggest which articles of clothing to remove for the treatment, and then you will be draped appropriately by sheets and blankets.
For Manual Osteopathic treatments you will remain dressed, so please wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

Do you direct bill insurance?
We can direct bill through Beneva, BPA, Canada Life, Canadian Construction Workers Union, Chambers of Commerce, ClaimsSecure, Coughlin & Associates, Cowan, Desjardins Insurance, First Canadian, GMS Carrier 49 & 50, Group Health, GroupSource, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc., Johnston Group Inc., Manulife Financial, Maximum Benefit and People Coorporation.
Do you offer cupping?
Your practitioner will determine if cupping is an appropriate method of treatment for your condition. If it is, cupping is offered during the Initial Consult & Treatment, and 60/75 minute Acupuncture Treatments.
Does insurance cover Cosmetic Acupuncture?
Cosmetic Acupuncture is included under your Acupuncture benefits. We recommend you refer to your specific insurance coverage handbook, if they choose not to cover cosmetic procedures, it will be specified.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
We recommend eating at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Come hydrated and ready to relax.
